Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the iLiturgy web application operated by ProgTrack, LLC ("we," "our," "us") at iliturgy.com and missals.iliturgy.com.

By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

iLiturgy is a subscription-based web application that displays the texts of the Roman Catholic Mass in multiple languages for personal devotional and study use. The service includes bilingual Mass texts, liturgical calendar navigation, and related liturgical content.

2. Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.
  • One account per person. Account sharing is not permitted.
  • You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

3. Free Trial

New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full access to the service. No payment method is required during the trial. At the end of the trial, you must subscribe to continue using the service.

4. Subscriptions & Payment

  • Subscriptions are available on a monthly or annual basis.
  • Payment is processed securely by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your full card details.
  • Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us within 7 days of a charge for refund consideration.

5. Discount Codes

We may issue single-use discount codes that provide complimentary access. Each code may be used by one person only. Codes cannot be transferred, sold, or reused. We reserve the right to revoke or deactivate codes at any time.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Copy, reproduce, distribute, or republish the liturgical texts displayed in the application, except for personal, non-commercial use (e.g., printing a single day's Mass for personal devotion).
  • Use automated tools (scrapers, bots) to extract content from the service.
  • Share your account credentials with others.
  • Attempt to circumvent the subscription or access controls.
  • Use the service for any purpose other than personal liturgical devotion and study.

7. Intellectual Property

The liturgical texts displayed in iLiturgy are sourced from various copyright holders. Texts from the public domain (e.g., Clementine Vulgate, Douay-Rheims) and GPL-licensed sources (Divinum Officium) are attributed accordingly. Copyrighted texts are used under license and remain the property of their respective copyright holders. The iLiturgy application, its design, and its original content are the property of ProgTrack, LLC.

8. Donations

Voluntary donations are gratefully accepted. Donations are non-refundable and are not tax-deductible (ProgTrack, LLC is a for-profit entity). A portion of donation revenue is shared with the copyright holders whose texts appear in the service.

9. Availability & Modifications

We strive to keep iLiturgy available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, update, or discontinue features at any time. Material changes to the service or these Terms will be communicated via email or notice within the application.

10. Disclaimer

iLiturgy is a devotional and study tool. It is not an official publication of any diocese, episcopal conference, or the Holy See. While we strive for accuracy, liturgical texts should be verified with official printed sources for official liturgical celebrations. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProgTrack, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. For users in the European Economic Area, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence apply.
